How do I sign up my child for cheering?
Online cheer registration starts on 06/23/2024

On our paasports.com website, click on the Register button. Add your child's information to your account, then you should see the correct cheer squad available for signups.

There is one additional form that need to be filled out during the season. You can either download and fill it out and get them back to the cheer directors at the first practice, or we will have forms available at practice

When are payments due for the season?
You can make a full payment for all fees when you register your child. Optionally, we offer a payment plan.
If you select the payment plan there are still fees due at registration, which include the $20 PAA dues (if applicable for your family), initial payment of $20 and uniform fees. All other fees due on July 27th (plus installment fees)

What is the practice schedule? Where will practices be held? When do games start?
Practices for all squads will be held at Reams Elementary school for the month of July. After July, we will probably move practices so that our cheerleaders can practice at the same location as our football players

Flag Squad Practices:
July 10th, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
July 17th, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
July 24th, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
July 31st,  6:30pm to 7:30pm

Minor and Junior Squad Practices:
July 10th, 6:30pm to 8pm
July 17th, 6:30pm to 8pm
July 24th, 6:30pm to 8pm
July 31st,  6:30pm to 8pm

And we will update our PAA Cheer families on the practice schedule for the remainder of the season.

All football game schedules are determined by the Chesterfield Quarterback League, but typically games start the first weekend of the first week of the school year.

Besides cheering at games, will the PAA cheerleaders participate with other activities?
Yes! On August 10th, we'll be attending the Chesterfield Cheerleader League cheer camp! We've been attending for years, and it's a great day of fun, cheering, dancing, tumbling and team building!

We'll also have a ton of fun celebrating our homecoming game in October.
And then on October 20th, our Flag squad will be participating in the CCL Spectacular Exhibition.
Not to mention our big end of season banquet in November, where we celebrate all our teams accomplishments!

Are you looking for cheer coaches and other volunteers this year?

Great question!  And absolutely!
We are always in need of cheer coaches, team parents and other volunteers to help with the concession stand at games, fundraising and lots of other activities.

We're also looking for junior coaches! So if you know of a teenager who'd like to assist with coaching our cheer squads, we could definitely use their assistance! And it's a great way for them to earn volunteer hours!

So please let us know if you would like to help! PAA is a volunteer organization, and we definitely need all of our parents to participate and assist in order to be successful.
