What are the PAA Sports seasons?

PAA currently operates 4 seasons a year, beginning with winter sports.
Winter - Basketball and Cheer: registration opens in October, practices begin in December and the season runs January-March
Spring- Baseball and Softball-: registration opens in January, practices begin in March and the season runs April-June.
Spring- Football: registration opens in January, practices begin in March and the season runs April-May
Summer/Fall- Football and Cheer: registration opens in May, practices begin in July and the season runs September-October.
Fall*- Softball: TBD
*fall baseball is operated through Chesterfield Baseball Club.

When does my family need to pay PAA dues?

PAA dues must be paid during the first sports season of the year (starting with winter sports) that a player participates. The dues are paid once per family per year.

Ex. If Player A played basketball and paid PAA dues and then registers to play baseball they DO NOT pay the PAA dues again for baseball.
Ex. If Player B cheers for the winter season and paid PAA dues and then Player B's sibling registers to play baseball they DO NOT pay the PAA dues again for baseball.
Ex. If Player C played softball in the fall and paid PAA dues and then Player C's sibling registers to play basketball, this family WOULD need to pay the PAA dues for basketball.
Ex. If Player D played softball in the fall and paid PAA dues and then registers to play softball in the spring, this family WOULD need to pay the PAA dues for spring softball, but would not need to pay again if she registers for softball again in the fall.

Does PAA offer any scholarship or discounts for participating families?

PAA is happy to announce that we offer a sibling discount, scholarships applications and payment plans for our PAA families. We also offer volunteers a discount at the end of the season.
