Providence Bears Football

PAA offers football through the Chesterfield Quarterback League(CQL):

The purpose of the League is to draw Athletic Associations from the several sections of Chesterfield County and Powhatan into closer fellowship through the participation in a County-wide football Program, to promote an organized Youth Football Program on a basis where good and fair play will be practiced by all participants at all time, and to teach youngsters, through playing experience, the fundamentals of football teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship.

Football is offered for kids between the ages of 5 and 13(ages as of August 1). Games are played on Saturdays(morning or evening sets) . We offer flag football for those kids up to 7 years old. There are three tackle teams: Minors(8-9), Juniors(10-11) & Seniors(12-13).

Seniors 12-13 ($145.00) + $10 PAA annual membership fee Total: ($155.00)

Flag 5-7 ($120.00) + $10 PAA annual membership fee Total: ($130.00)

$20 DISCOUNT w/early payment in FULL prior to July 1st

PAA needs the following forms for your child to participate. You can print these forms by clicking on the link in the name of the form. Then fill them out.

Chesterfield Quarterback League Application
Chesterfield Quarterback League Medical Release Form
A copy of your childs birth certificate. Please do not bring the original, we need a copy to turn in with your childs paperwork to Chesterfield Quarterback League

Please print these forms and fill them out completely. Then you have 2 options to register:

Bring the completed forms and your payment to Providence Elementary School on one of the registration dates listed above.
